He's seen too many AI projects stall at the demo. He won't let go until it's actually running in production.
You explain your problem for ten minutes and he already has three solutions and a fourth problem you hadn't spotted.

One unique method, one committed team - to move from experimentation to real adoption.
Our vision
"We want AI to free every employee from the tasks that pull them away from what matters, and let them be better at what they do."
Our values
We tell you when AI can genuinely help you, and when it isn't the right answer. We share what we've learned in the field, what we've already deployed for other clients, and what didn't work the first time around. We measure the results we committed to. And if a use case doesn't create the value expected, we tell you. Trust is built that way — in the work, not just in the talk.

What matters to him is that your teams actually open the agent on Monday morning. The rest is just decoration.
“Baptiste never lets go until the client's teams open the agent on their own. He's the one who turns a demo into a habit.

He knows the right person in just about every ecosystem. When a project gets stuck, he's the one who opens the door.
“Théo knows someone at every company. We still haven't figured out how he does it.

He takes a tangled workflow and turns it into an agent that just runs. He also happens to speak fluent SAP.
“Benjamin doesn't stop at 'it works.' He keeps going until the agent holds up in production without anyone touching it.
IanBuilder · Idoption
What others show in a demo, he ships to production on the first try.
“When Ian says it's live, you can close your laptop. It really is.
ClovisConsultant · Idoption
He wires your tools together until nobody has to copy-paste anything anymore.
“Clovis connects everything to everything. One of these days he'll wire the coffee machine to the CRM.
DimCo-founder · Idoption
He assembles the pieces until the agent holds up in production. Nothing ships without his green light.
“Jean-Christophe asks the architecture questions nobody else dares to. Nothing ships to production without his green light - and that's a good thing.

He automates what should be automated and keeps the human where it matters. He loves making repetitive tasks disappear.
“Give him a boring, repetitive task: two days later an agent is doing it for you.
BenjaminBuilder · Idoption
He gets your real problem in five minutes and puts you in front of the right people.
“Adrien gets your real problem before you've even finished explaining it. A bit annoying, very useful.
DimCo-founder · Idoption
Always up for talking AI. He opens the door, the team takes it from there.
“Antoine can talk AI with anyone for hours. He opens the door, and the team just has to walk in.

She runs Operations end to end and makes sure every agent ships to production without a hitch.
“When a rollout goes smoothly, it's usually Lena behind the scenes. When it snags, she'd already seen it coming.

Our story
idoption was born from an observation. That of two Sales Directors who ran "digital transformation" projects for years and saw, too often, the same reality: processes rebuilt identically on new technology, a few extra features, drawn-out projects billed by change order. Transformation was announced. It never really happened.
The technology changed. The work didn't.
Then generative AI arrived. And with it, three simultaneous pressures on companies: their employees were already using it in shadow IT, their clients demanded cost cuts, their competitors were pulling ahead. The race was on, often without clear direction.
The result: most organizations are still in an experimentation phase. And in that wave, two familiar fears resurface. Budget first: how much will it really cost? Social next: is AI going to replace our teams?
We built idoption to answer those two questions honestly. By blending our love of technology with deeply human values. To support you through real transformations, with a pedagogy that makes you autonomous within acceptable timelines.
